Wendy K. Moss is an active singer and performer of various musical styles throughout Las Vegas and the U.S.  Being versatile in all genres of vocal music is the primary focus of Ms. Moss’s training, performing and in her vocal teaching.

 

Her operatic performance repertoire includes: the Queen of the Night (The Magic Flute), Bergère/Chauve-souris (L’enfant et les sortilèges), Marcellina (Le nozze di Figaro) and Monica (The Medium). She most recently was seen in the New York City premiere of Virko Baley’s Holodomor. Red Earth.Hunger. Ms. Moss is equally comfortable performing in the genre of musical theatre and most recently was seen in RAGTAG Entertainment’s productions of Broadway Showstoppers and Guys & Dolls at the LVH Hotel; as well as playing Berthe in Pippin.

 

Her passion and drive for learning and performing has taken her from the Big Island of Hawaii to the island of Sardinia in Cagliari, Italy to pursue her scholastic and performance aspirations.

 

 

She is the winner of Illinois State University’s 2004 Concerto Aria Competition and She is a 2009 National Association of Teachers of Singers Award winner for her musical theatre selections.

 

Ms. Moss most recently was awarded Doctoral Candidateship from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she is currently working on her dissertation in Cajun Vocal Music.
